TT Arietis - Observations of a Cataclysmic Variable Star with the MOST Space Telescope TT Arietis was classified as a VY SCl star. The orbital period for the cataclysmic variable star lies between 3 to 4 hours. The visual magnitude of the system varies between 10.5 and 12mag. We want to present an alternative method to analyse the data aquired with the MOST space telescope. Since we focus on the frequency domain, we apply a Fourier methods and frequency filters to reduce the data.
TT Arietis proved to have an increasing orbital period. We are not quite sure, whether we can see features of the red dwarf companion.
